Day 11 - Wednesday, August 12

It was a lazy day. We spent the day chilling out on the boat, contemplating the nature around. I hope the pictures can give you an idea on the paradise that we were.

In Ketchikan, a small town on the way, we could get off the boat for about 3 hours. Mike and I walked about 45 minutes to downtown and it felt good moving around. On the way back to the ferry, we had a beer in the patio of a bar by the harbour called Happy Bears (the picture showed a bear ramping another). When we were seating there a bald eagle sat majestically right in front of us, on a light pole. What a nice way to watch the sun set!

Back in the ferry, it was dinner time with Elvis impersonation (by one of the restaurant staff). He was a character, super friendly! We hit the bar again, where Mary took care of us for one last time.

Balance day 11

Kms: zero, we are in the ferry all day!
Word of the day: laziness
