PRAGUE We took this day to walk around in Prague's old town. The most beautiful part is the main square, or
Staromestske nam.
On the square, there are little stands with traditional food and
art crafts.
This delicious sausage was our lunch.
The clock tower attracts tourists every full hour, when the astronomical clock (1410) entertains the crowds with its parade of apostles and a bell-ringing skeleton. It is really cute and it is a must-do-ritual if you visit Prague!
This is the Jan Hus Monument, erected in 1915 on the 500
th anniversary of the religious reformer's execution.
Goodbye Prague. I hope to come back one day just to realize again how beautiful this city is!
