Montreal Trip

Montreal is one of my favourite cities! It's beautiful, cool, fun, but they speak French, and I feel really bad about it... Because Je ne parle pas Francais! But it's always a pleasure to visit Montreal.

The trip started on Dovercourt Road, where Tania lives. She came with us and we also gave a lift to Rafael and Andre, from Brazilian band Donna Lolla. It was a nice and quick drive, since we talked the whole way there. But we arrived in Montreal around 2am, so we were so tired!

Subway in Montreal!

I
I love the streets of Montreal!

On Friday I went to Radio-Canada / CBC to work on the Brazilian radio show. I am a freelancer for them and it was really fun to do the show live from the studio.

Friends and hosts Hector Vilar and Gilda Salomone. Live radio is a lot of fun!
We did a special coverage about Brazilian Day Canada, in Toronto last Monday.

After work Hector, Tania and I went for a quick beer at Saint-Denis, a trendy upscale street with lots of shops and restaurants.

Across the street, the view from our table on the patio.

Cheers!!!!!!! Vivre Montreal!

Perfect for a Friday after work!

Beautiful Taninha!

Back at Gabi and Doris' place, we celebrated Roxanne's birthday.

Happy family!

Newly married Gabi and Doris, and his lovely girls Roxanne and Jasmin.

Las tres amigas, Gabi 1, Tania and Gabi 2!
The night ended late.
So much to talk...

Next morning we went to Zagrum restaurant for a delicious brunch!

A nice walk on Promenade Fleury.

Almost fall in Montreal.

Going back home to rest, because the bride Gabi 2 needs to get ready for her wedding party!

SORRY, BUT NO WEDDING PICTURES!!!!
We went to Montreal to attend our lovely friends Gabi 2 and Doris' wedding. I was the photographer, but by the end the night, as I was making a video of Tania dancing to "I gotta a feeling (that tonight is gonna be a good night)", the camera caputz! Mike is trying to retrieve the pictures, but so far, the memory card has decided to keep them all to itself! It sucks!!!! Sorry Gabi 2 and Doris! But for those who really wanted to see the big event, just try to imagine the most beautiful bride and charming groom. What a great party!!!!
